For the correctness of a finished product packaging, we must ensure that all details are consistent with the customer’s requirements before printing the digital artwork. This is a very important step in the process. Our experienced team will check in the printer-ready stage according to the strict quality control system.
1.Raw Material Detection
Ensure that the appearance, size, thickness, and material tension of raw materials meet the requirements. Seal the flexible packaging film, and then test the strength required to break it.
Ensure that the testing intensity meets relevant regulations.
2.Printing Color Detection
Reducing the color error can improve the overall effect of the product. To ensure that the spot color meets the standards required by customers, the international most advanced Panton management system standard is adopted to proofread the drawings. We strive to achieve the highest color accuracy.
3.Automatic Detection
The automatic inspection equipment we can improve printing efficiency and packaging quality. It can detect and prompt any errors in the printing process.
In the printing process, the wrong printing is screened out to prevent the generation of defective products.
4.Compound Fastness Test
Multiple detections are necessary. We use a multilayer composite structure to manufacture flexible packaging. Each layer of material has different adhesion standards.Check and ensure that the structure of each layer meets the bonding standards required for practical application.
5.Barrier Test
Ensure that the barrier function of the packaging meets the level required by the customer.
The oxygen permeability and water vapor permeability of the packaging film are tested by professional testing equipment. These two items ensure the integrity of the packaging function.
6.Bag Tightness Test
Test the tightness of the package at the standard pressure level. Provide enough air in the bag with sealing test equipment to test the tightness and air tightness of the package.
Simulate and ensure the integrity of products during storage and transportation.
7.Drop Test
Test the height at which the bag can fall when the bag is intact. Ensure that the packaging is undamaged in any case.
8.Puncture Resistance Test
Test the tightness of the package at the standard pressure level. Provide enough air in the bag with sealing test equipment to test the tightness and air tightness of the package. Simulate and ensure the integrity of products during storage and transportation.
9.Food Grade Test
SGS professional laboratory detects chemical residues, heavy metal migration, packaging odor, and other items. Our packaging meets European and American food-grade standards.
